Overview

This course aims to develop the participant’s understanding of the well planning and design process. It is customised to the client’s training requirements and to the participants’ prior knowledge and experience. This training is delivered by our most experienced instructors and subject matter specialists to enable effective knowledge transfer and to close the knowledge gap created by “the big crew change”.

Designed For

This course is designed for new-start and/or early-career stage engineers. The course assumes a graduate-level understanding of mechanical engineering and is designed to build on the existing knowledge and experience of the participant on a career path to operations engineer, drilling supervisor and well engineer.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal pre-requisites for this type of training; however, candidate suitability and assumed base knowledge will be discussed and agreed with the client in the early stages of course development.
