Overview

The aim of the 2-day IADC WellSharp Well Servicing Operations Subsea Supplement is to develop and enhance the learner’s understanding and skills in the area of subsea well completion and  intervention operations.

Designed For

This supplementary module is designed for well site supervisory and office-based personnel who are primarily involved in the Subsea operational decision-making process for well control and/or involved in design of well barriers.

Entry Requirements

This IADC WellSharp Well Servicing Operations Subsea Supplement is only available to those who have successfully completed either the IADC WellSharp Oil & Gas Operator Representative or the IADC WellSharp Service Company Equipment Operator programme. Evidence of prior certification is required at the booking stage. Please contact us to discuss candidate suitability if you have any doubts or queries.

Course Delivery

The course duration is 15 classroom hours plus an IADC assessment. Training is delivered through presentation of a series of interactive lectures supported by videos and animations, supplemented by a classroom workbook and further self-study exercises.

This 2-day course ends with a 45-minute online assessment on the final day which will be administered by IADC and invigilated by an independent proctor.

Certification

Successful completion of the training and a minimum score of 75% in the 45-minute written assessment will result in IADC WellSharp certification which is valid for two years.
